1. Free virtual tour on at least 4 Internet websites, plus an e-mailable version available to be sent to any prospective buyer.
2. Three-page full color brochure, professionally made, for placement in the home, on the MLSWeb to be e-mailed anywhere in the country, put in the hands of every realtor in the area.
3. Within first week, flyer to 1000 area realtors announcing the new listing.
4. Brokers Open held the first or second Tuesday after going on the market. This is conducted by Ruth over lunch time to give other realtors a chance to tour the home. This Brokers Open is advertised on the MLS Web, Realtor.com, Trulia.com and on the Just listed flyer sent out to the Realtors.
5. Put a lawn sign carrying the Keller Williams' name, Office phone number, my website rider and my direct phone number.
6. Monitor and call all prospects and leads showing any interest or inquiring about the home.
7. Sunday Open House for the public at seller’s request.
8. Since most buyers search for a new home on the internet now, I concentrate my marketing of my listings on all popular listing sites as well as the MLS and my two websites.
9. Quick response and feedback to the seller following every showing. I believe in constant two-way communication as the sale is in progress. I monitor all inspections, get reports filed in a prompt manner, trouble shoot, and facilitate all facets of the transaction to make sure the settlement takes place without a hitch.
10. I live nearby, know the area very well, and am familiar with the market and township U & O requirements.
