Sour Cream Potatoes

Preheat Oven:  350`

2 -3 Quart Casserole

Ruth Parker
Ingredients:
1 C. - sour cream
2 C - creamy style cottage cheese
1/3 C. - sliced onions
1 - small clove of garlic, minced
2 tsp. - salt
5 C. - cooked, cooled potatoes, diced
1/2 C. - shredded American Cheese
optional - paprika

Directions:
1.  Combine first 5 ingredients.  

2.  Fold in potatoes and pour into 2-3 quart casserole dish. 

3.  Top with cheese, and sprinkle with paprika.

4.  Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes until cheese melts.
